Memorandum on the Subject of Gender Discrimination

In this memo from the head of the Good Neighbor Council to Chancellor Caldwell, Cyrus King argues against considering gender discrimination under the purview of the Good Neighbor Council. King argues that the council has its hands full with discrimination based on "race, religion, and national creed," but concedes that gender discrimination is a problem and should likely be addressed by some university entity.
