Fighting “Discrete Discrimination” in Careers and Society:

In most cases, writers for the Nubian Message addressed their editorials and articles specifically toward an African-American audience to offer encouragement in overcoming stereotypes and ongoing discrimination in education, the workplace, and society. For example, articles included below address the need for greater recognition and tolerance of African-American culture within education and employment.
