Description
The purpose of this bulletin was three-fold. The blue bulletin provided vital information for minority students and faculty looking for housing in West Raleigh, it served as a reminder to white students, faculty, and administrators of the harsh reality some of their peers faced when looking for housing, and it promoted the work of the Good Neighbor Council.
