Affirmative Action Officer, Lawrence Clark, met with the Good Neighbor Council to discuss the most pressing crises in racial discrimination. Clark believed the greatest threat to equality was not violence, bu the mundane. Simple issues such as real estate and employment meant great disparities in political power.
